When visiting our salon, we want to provide you with the best experience possible! In order to provide that experience The Hair Studio has few simple policies that we stand behind.
To reserve any color service appointment, we require a valid credit card to be held on file. The card on file will not be charged unless the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or a no call/no show occurs.
We reserve time exclusively for you and kindly ask that you respect The Hair Studio's scheduling policies.
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set you up with an appointment reservation that fits your schedule, no questions asked!
If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours from your reserved appointment time, a fee equal to 50% of the canceled service(s) will be charged to the credit card on file.
Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash/monetary value. The Hair Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
For services rendered, we accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
A $35 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.
Gratuity can not be included in credit card and/or gift card transactions.
Stylists accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, and/or CashApp.
We do not issue refunds on salon services. We ensure you are 100% satisfied!
However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within 48 hours of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost.
